الولايات المتحدة تقدم مركبات قتالية من طراز برادلي الى الجيش اللبناني

شاركت السفيرة الاميركية ريتشارد اليوم في حفل تسليم 8 مركبات قتالية من طراز برادلي M2A2 ومركبات إمداد مدرعة لمدفعية الميدان إلى الجيش اللبناني في مرفأ بيروت. وهذه هي الشحنة الأولى من إجمالي 32 مركبة برادلي سوف يتم تسليمها تباعا في الأشهر المقبلة. هذه المساعدة إلى الجيش اللبناني تمثل استثمارا بأكثر من 100 مليون دولار، وسوف تزوّد الجيش اللبناني بقدرات جديدة لحماية لبنان، وحماية حدوده، ولمكافحة الإرهابيين.

Ambassador Elizabeth Richard participated today in the delivery of eight M2A2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles and armored field artillery ammunition supply vehicles to the Lebanese Armed Forces at Port Beirut. These are the very first of a total shipment of 32 Bradleys that will be delivered in the coming months.  This contribution to the Lebanese Armed Forces represents an investment of over 100 million dollars. It will provide the Lebanese Armed Forces with new capabilities to protect Lebanon, to protect its borders, and to fight terrorists.
